Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example any products that we have had to especially order in for you including:

  • Piano covers
  • Sofa and/or chair covers


To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be considered, for example:

  • Where you may have purchased a pack of tissue paper or packing paper and have some left over
  • Part used bags of packing peanuts
  • Part used rolls of bubble wrap

These will be at our discretion and will depend on the quantity and condition of the unused an surplus items.

Once your return is received and inspected and if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then depending on how we refunded you;

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the refund was via PayPal, check your PayPal account, as the money may be in there and you will need to withdraw it.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your items, unless defective or damaged, in which case you should contact us first before sending.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless agreed by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
